Pio Terei – Entertainer
Pio’s appearances as a comedian, actor, radio show host, musician and performer over the last decade have established him as one of New Zealand’s most popular television and radio entertainers.
He has twice won Best Comedy Performer at the NZ Film and TV Awards. He has appeared on the highly successful TV show “Intrepid Journeys” where he visited India. He and his family also appeared in TV travel show “Are we there Yet?”. He presents Parents Inc’s The Parenting Show with Pio which sees him speak to parents across New Zealand.
Pio is in high demand as an MC and keynote speaker for corporate events and community functions and he invests into New Zealand families at every opportunity. In the 2012 New Year Honours Pio was awarded MNZM for services to entertainment.
Jehan Casinader – Journalist & Commentator
Jehan Casinader is a Wellington-based journalist. He is a two-time Qantas Media Awards finalist for magazine feature writing, and won the Emerging Journalist Award at the New Zealand Educational Media Awards.
Jehan began writing for youth media in his teens, before spending four years freelancing for top newspapers and magazines in New Zealand, Australia and Europe. Alongside print work, Jehan reports for TVNZ’s Close Up programme.
His stories cover a range of subjects, including social issues, education, and enterprise. Many assignments have taken him overseas, from covering child abuse in Fiji and tsunami relief in the Solomon Islands, to reporting on entertainment from New York and following Kiwi success stories in Egypt. He has also contributed to TVNZ’s Breakfast, Asia Down Under and Tagata Pasifika, and covered Generation Y issues for Kiwi FM.
Jehan participated in the inaugural Asia-Pacific New Leaders’ Dialogue in Jakarta in 2009, and attended the Asia New Zealand Foundation’s Young Leaders’ Forum in Seoul in 2010. He has a keen interest in youth development, and wants to see more young Kiwis get ahead.
Zane Scarborough – Attitude Presenter
Zane Scarborough has been travelling the country presenting the Attitude programme in New Zealand high schools since 2006, and was recently appointed Manager of the Attitude Team. He has delivered over 1,000 presentations to more than 100,000 teenagers throughout the North Island. The Attitude programme includes topics such as drugs and alcohol, sex, depression, youth suicide, and now social media and technology, which Zane was involved in developing.
He has a background in community volunteering, youth work and is currently studying towards a Graduate Diploma in Not-for-Profit Management. Zane’s experience leading youth groups and coaching basketball teams has provided him with a depth of understanding of young people that he incorporates into his well researched presentations.
Zane has appeared on the Maori TV show “No Sweat Parenting” where he explores the pressure of growing up in a global, multicultural and technologically-connected world. Zane and his wife Chloe are the proud parents of son Paora – Matariki, now two years old.

Sarah Robb O’Hagan – Gatorade President North America & Global Chief Marketing Officer, Sports Nutrition
| Sarah Robb O’Hagan joined PepsiCo in June 2008 as Chief Marketing Officer for one of the world’s most iconic sports brands, Gatorade. Under Sarah’s leadership, Gatorade has embarked on a transformational journey from sports drink company to sports performance innovator. In her Gatorade role, Sarah oversees consumer, shopper and sports marketing communications, product innovation, and is a key leader in setting the strategic direction for the overall business.
Sarah joined Gatorade after nearly six years at Nike where she held marketing and general management roles within the U.S. region. Prior to joining Nike, Sarah worked at Atari Interactive where she oversaw the successful relaunch of the brand and at Virgin Atlantic where she conceived and sold-in the Austin Powers/”Virgin Shaglantic” marketing campaign. Sarah began her career with Air New Zealand in marketing. Throughout her career Sarah has been recognized for her numerous achievements. Her most recent honors include being named to the top 40 Under 40 lists by the Sports Business Journal (2009), the Sporting Goods Association (2010) and Crains Chicago Business (2010). She was also named among Forbes Magazine’s “Most Powerful Women in Sports” (2009) and Ad Age magazine’s Women to Watch (2010). Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Diploma in Direct Marketing from the New Zealand Direct Marketing Association. She and her husband, Liam, and sons Sam and Joe and daughter Gabriella, live in Chicago

Cam Calkoen – Motivational Speaker and Founder of Carabiner Mentoring
From a “can’t do” (Cam was born with Cerebral Palsy) to a “can do” attitude Cam has gone from doubting his ability to run to representing New Zealand in Athletics. Winning championships in New Zealand, Australia and Canada and taking his winning attitude and timely humor into environments that encourage others to achieve their personal best.
Cams philosophies, values and dynamic vision has led to him to working in Japan, building a Tuberculosis Ward and Library in Vanuatu and regularly having his leadership recognised in the form of awards and scholarships.
In 2006 Cam became one of the youngest recipient’s worldwide to receive a Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary. At 21 this prestigious award (of which he has now received twice) recognised the significant contribution he had made in turning a communities dream (the YES Disability Resource Centre) into reality. As the project’s Ambassador Cam was the figurehead to a 4 million dollar project. From this Cam founded the Carabiner Mentoring program.
As a finalist in the Kiwi Bank Young New Zealander of the Year Awards for 2010 Cam doesn’t hide from the fact that he is still on a journey, that his Everest is yet to be conquered.

James works for Attitude Progammes for schools. For the last 5 years he has travelled all over New Zealand speaking to young people about all sorts of health issues, from getting on with your family to how to cope with depression. When he isn’t speaking James lives in Christchurch with his wife and daughter and plays in numerous unsuccessful bands.
