Steve Gurney

Steve Gurney is a professional adventure athlete turned motivational speaker and trainer. He has won the Coast to Coast race a record nine times, raced mountain bikes for New Zealand at the world championships twice, has an engineering degree, invented a bike with wings, participated in Dancing with the Stars – the list goes on. He is a published author of two books, Lucky Legs and Eating Dirt and he is currently writing his third. In 2004, Steve was appointed a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to endurance sport.

Steve is a trainer in the field of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and incorporates some of this powerful research into his coaching, writing and speaking. He loves inspiring people to reach greater heights and teaching them to make mole-hills out of mountains.
