Be an encourager

Leadership is about encouraging others. At times it’s hard to think of nice things to say, or do, especially when your brother, sister, or even friends might not be encouraging to you. A few little words of encouragement can go a long way and even brighten up someone’s day. Every day I look for an opportunity to say one good thing, whether it be a compliment or a word of encouragement, when you do this it can also encourage you.
